Right of withdrawal

Orthoforia.com offers its customers 30 days To change your mind and return the product, without having to provide a reason. Returns are accepted for unused, unworn items, complete with original packaging and accessories.

How to make a return

  1. Log in to your account on Orthoforia.com.

  2. Select the order and the item you wish to return.

  3. Request a return label or contact our Customer Service via email ( support@orthoforia.com ) to receive simple and clear instructions.

  4. Ship your package to our warehouse located in the European Union, choosing your preferred courier. The address will be provided after your request.

  5. You will receive email notifications at every step of the process.

Reimbursement

  • The refund will be made within 3-7 business days from receipt and verification of the return, on the same payment method used for the purchase

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of defective products or preparation errors: in these cases, we cover all costs.

Exceptions and conditions

  • Personalized, hygiene, or sale products may not be refundable. Any exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

  • Worn, washed, or returned products without the original packaging will not be accepted.

  • Home testing is permitted if the product remains intact and shows no signs of wear.

Size/model change

To exchange a size, color, or model: follow the return procedure, receive a refund, and then place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges, except for defective items.

Defective products and shipping errors

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or non-compliant product: contact us immediately supporto@orthoforia.com with photo and order number. We'll quickly replace or refund your item, covering all shipping costs.
